Product Warranty

Please read the following information carefully. It is important that you understand this information before ordering any products from Kustom Kutters. Quality and Custom Satisfaction are Kustom Kutters' top priority and will work in cooperation with you to resolve any issue that may arise. Below are the general guidelines of our product warranty. If you need a hard copy please feel free to contact us and one will be sent to you.

1. Kustom Kutters will cover the cost to repair or replace any defective product that Kustom Kutters determines to be defective directly as a result of our manufacturing error for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pickup.
2. Any products or manufactured items we incorporate into your project will carry the same warranty those respective manufacturers extend to us. In most cases that is at least one year and in some cases up to 10 years.
3. Certain product characteristics are not considered defects such as color die lot variations, natural contraction or expansion, completed product modification, or misuse and neglect of the product.
4. Failure of a completed product that complies with the specifications and design of other parties does not deem the product defective and these types of defects will not be covered under any warranty. 
5. Custom fabricated millwork items using hardwoods or softwoods such as trim items or uniquely constructed real wood components do not carry any warranty unless it is specifically cabinetry.
6. Cabinetry will carry a standard warranty as listed above. All of the suppliers we work with are very concerned about product failure and they are very prompt to replace any defective part.
